Therapy isn't supposed to be a place where someone tells you what is wrong with you. It is a place where we can figure things out together.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, with a sprinkle of humor, because sometimes you need someone who will listen, but also someone who will call you out when you're getting in your own way.
I believe that a therapist should meet the client where they are at. I will accept your current reality, emotional state, and readiness for change without judgement, instead of a rigid "one-size-fits-all plan".
I have a lot of interests outside of therapy, like spending time with family and friends, gardening, anything outdoors, reading, listening to music, going to concerts, baseball (Go Phillies!), and learning new things.

If you feel stuck, unsure, and may show up to therapy messy or overwhelmed, I might be the right therapist for you.
My style is authentic, curious, and collaborative. I draw most from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping people better understand what matters to them and find ways to move toward the life they want, even when things feel hard.
I’ve worked in mental health for over 14 years in a variety of settings and roles, so I’ve seen firsthand how complicated life (and therapy!) can be. I work with people across different stages of life and enjoy helping clients feel understood while also challenging them when it’s helpful.
Outside of the therapy space, I’m usually somewhere outdoors with my Aussie/Collie, Wayne, hanging out with my kiddo, hosting trivia, reading at a coffee shop, thrift shopping, or looking for something good to eat.
Basically, I’m a therapist who loves the outdoors, good questions, good food, and helping people figure out what comes next.
